My Recommendations

I created this resource page to easily list recommended services, products, and companies that I use and/or those I know are valuable. This way you can quickly find great products and services all in one place.

Disclosure: There are some affiliate links below, but these are all products I highly recommend. I won’t put anything on this page that I haven’t verified and/or personally used.

Keto Chow Fasting Drops (Electrolytes)

Making sure you're getting your electrolytes in is essential for feeling your best on a keto diet. Many, if not all, of the symptoms of "keto flu" can be avoided by preventing an electrolyte imbalance. Keto Chow offers a portable, very affordable, an (in my experience) very effective electrolyte solution in the form of their Fasting Drops.

Ketone Test Strips

These are really helpful when you first start keto because they're tangible proof that the process is getting started. While not completely necessary, they may be a motivating tool to keep you on track.

Digital Food Scale

This is a must. must. must. I shout from the mountains. YOU NEED A FOOD SCALE. I've seen the best results when I weighed everything. It's easy to eyeball, but not always accurate. Food scales help train you on what is a real serving for your macros. If you haven't found success with low carb and don't own a food scale, you'll definitely want to pick one up and see the difference it makes.

Pyrex Measuring Cups

Measuring cups are always helpful! Especially when needing a quick measurement such as with heavy cream in your coffee. Those calories can add up very, very quickly if you're not paying attention.

Silicone Collapsible Measuring Cups

I love that these are collapsible because they're easy to pack and take with you. Healthy lifestyles don't stop on vacation, at the office, or out to eat,  and this is an easy way to stay on track.

Vegetable Spiralizer

Spiralizers are the coolest. I bought myself one and two days later bought my mom one because I loved it so much. You can use a variety of veggies to make your dishes more exciting. Here's a link to my first time making zoodles!

Swerve Natural Sweetener

The first keto sweetnener I ever tried. Still one of my favorites, to be honest. If you've never tried it, it does have a bit of a cooling taste (if you use the granulated--I'm a huge fan of the confectioners) but you'll learn tricks to deal with that as you make delicious recipes like my keto peanut butter cheesecake bites.

Silicone Baking Mat

In low carb cooking you go through a lot of parchment, so it's a good idea to invest in silicone baking mats. The reason is because low carb baking is often more delicate than traditional baking ie; chicken pizza crust needs a baking sheet whereas traditional pizza crust can be made on a variety of surfaces.

Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

BBQ sauce is one of my top condiment necessities. I discovered this on a trip to Chicago and can't find it where I live, unfortunately.  A must have for BBQ pizza and summer grilling

Zero Carb Protein Powder

Protein powders can have sneaky ingredients that add carbs. This zero carb protein powder will make sure you don't add unnecessary carbs in your shakes, just quality protein.

Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour

A must have for Keto baking. Almond flour gives you a base from everything to pancakes to brownies and can even be added into casseroles and pizza. This is one of those things I always have around the house for when the mood to bake strikes

Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour

Another must have for Keto baking. Lighter than almond flour, it can be used for many types of meals and making tasty mug cakes!

Store and Save Burger Press

A cool kitchen gadget to make life a bit easier! I love making my own burgers to freeze and this  great time saver that will give you perfectly even burgers

Whoopie Pie Pan

These are great for making keto buns! Whether you're making cloud bread buns or almond flour buns, these will give you the perfect size bun

Electric Handheld Frother

A morning essential. Great for blending up that bulletproof coffee and small enough to throw in your bag if you're on the go

Meat Thermometer

I find meat themometers important on Keto as I learned to cook meat. I was scared to cook weird cuts of meat, thick steaks, etc, because I never knew when they were done. Obviously, Keto made me get over that and a thermometer was a great tool to help me along the way

Keto Chow

I love this stuff. I really really do. A nutritionally complete shake you just blend water, cream and oil. Tons of flavors, absolutely delicious. I'm certain this played a big role in losing my first 20 pounds because it's so convenient, gave me awesome energy and really helped me get my eating habits under control. P.S. it tastes like a melted milkshake.  Everyone says that and it's 100% true! (Use Code: KETOMAMA5 for $5 off!)
