Description

This Easy Keto Pizza Dip is a quick, warm, and savory recipe you can feel good about indulging in with low carb bread sticks, pork rinds, or just a fork!

Ingredients

Scale

Topping layer

1/2 lb Italian Sausage

32 slices Pepperoni

3/4 of Whole Green Bell Pepper

1/4 cup Onion

1 cup Rao's Tomato Basil Sauce

Creamy Layer

8 oz Cream Cheese; softened

1/2 cup Ricotta

1/4 cup Parmesan

1/2 tsp Basil

1/4 tsp Oregano

1/2 tsp Garlic

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

Top layer

1/2 cup Mozzarella; shredded

4 tbsp Bacon; crumbled

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375

Brown sausage in skillet

While sausage is browning, mix softened cream cheese, ricotta, parmesan and seasoning in large bowl, set aside

Dice onion and pepper and add to cooked sausage

Slice pepperoni in strips and add to pan with sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add 1/2 cup sauce to meat and veggie pan and let simmer for 5 minutes

Spread creamy cheese layer on bottom of pan ( I used round but 8x8 would work too)

Carefully spoon meat and veggie layer on top of creamy cheese layer

Add 1/2 cup of sauce to top of dish

Top with mozzarella and crumbled bacon

Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese begins to brown

Enjoy with a fork, fresh veggies or low carb breadsticks
