This Low Carb Taco Cabbage Skillet is an easy keto dinner with amazing taco flavor. The perfect one-pan meal for when you’re low on time!

Ingredients

1 pound of ground beef

1/2 cup of salsa (here’s my favorite kind)

2 cups of cabbage, shredded

2 tsp of chili powder

3/4 cup of cheese, shredded

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional garnishes: sour cream and green onions


Instructions

Brown ground beef in skillet and drain fat

Add salsa, seasoning, and cabbage to pan and bring to low boil

Cover and reduce heat to medium and cook for 10-12 minutesĀ  or until cabbage is soft

Turn off heat and mix in cheese until melted

Garnish, if desired with sour cream, green onions, avocado or favorite toppings
