Low Carb Crispy Oven Fried Wings

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt, divided
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Other seasoning, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Sprinkle 1 tsp seasoned salt over wings and mix to coat
  3. In medium bowl, whisk coconut flour, remaining salt, chili powder and garlic
  4. Dip wings in coconut flour mixture to lightly coat and place on baking sheet with rack
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until cooked through and golden brown
