- 1 Medium Avocado, mashed
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 Tsp Anchovy Paste
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan
- 2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon

- Store dressing in an airtight container and refrigerate
