In skillet over medium heat, cook sausages per package instructions and set aside
In small bowl place cream cheese and sharp cheddar. Microwave for 20-30 seconds until melted
Mix cheese with sriracha, set aside
Mix egg with seasoning and make small omelette
Fill omelette with cheese sriracha mixture and assemble sandwich

I really liked it. My husband thought it was a bit to salty. So I may try it without adding salt or pepper. I might of been to heavy on the sirracha sauce too. But great healthy keto breakfast sandwich. I will make it again. 😁

Decadent and delicious! I thought I’d need 2 eggs, since I typically eat a 3 egg omelette, but it was way too much. Next time I’ll stick to one egg!😜
