This Keto Waffles Recipe is an amazing go-to for an easy low carb breakfast that satisfies! You can even freeze these waffles to make breakfast time even quicker on a busy morning!

Waffles are a standard breakfast food, and one that you might have been very used to before starting a keto diet. I know I was.
Regular waffles, however, are loaded with carbs that largely come from the flour used in the batter. This recipe provides an easy solution — almond flour.

How to make almond flour waffles

One of the best things about this keto waffles recipe is how easy it is to make. Truly, all you need to do is mix the ingredients together, and scoop them onto your waffle iron.
To make this recipe, you’ll only need:
- Melted Butter
- Almond Flour
- Sweetener (I use Granular Swerve)
- Baking Powder
- Eggs
From that point, the opportunity to customize has endless potential! You can add fresh blueberries or even low carb chocolate chips to the batter. Don’t forget a good sugar free syrup!
As far as your waffle iron, I would highly recommend the Dash Mini Waffle Maker. The 4-inch waffle is great for reasonable portions, and if you’re a big appliance fan like myself, you’ll be happy that this waffle maker takes up very little space.
Plus, the Dash is perfect for making keto chaffles! I can’t recommend a better waffle iron for those.

I love this recipe! To begin with I had all the ingredients in my pantry. Secondly, they were quick and easy to prepare I added vanilla flavoring and cinnamon. Used Jordan’s Vanilla keto syrup

Thank you, just made them, and they were delicious! I only had Swerve Brown sugar substitute, but it gave it a nice fall flavor on this crisp, cool fall morning in New England. It is better than another recipe I have been using, easy and ingredients that one usually has around the house. This will be my go to Keto Waffle Recipe.

I am so happy to find a low carb waffle recipe that doesn’t have coconut!
I added 2T of cocoa powder and used avocado oil instead of butter to make it dairy-free.
It was so delicious! Will be making again for sure!

Wow!! My search is over. These are HANDS DOWN the BEST keto waffles EVER!! So easy & delicious. I had everything in my pantry as well. Only added 1 tsp of vanilla extract. I had a hard time eating only 2, they were that good. I froze the other 4 for another day! I served them with maple grove farms sugar free maple syrup that I warmed in the microwave, and a bit of freshly whipped cream! So good, I had to say thank you🥰
